Strip out
Selective dismantling and demolition of buildings
The term strip out defines the removal of all those elements "foreign" to the building material that require to be managed in a differentiated way in the event of demolition or restoration of civil and industrial buildings. In Italian it is described as the process of selective skeletalization and disassembly.
Fixtures, exposed systems, sanitary, synthetic or wooden flooring are removed from civil and industrial structures before proceeding with its demolition or to return the only reclaimed masonry and structural casing, ready to be converted to new use. This form of selective removal allows you to optimize the management of residual materials and to direct them to the most appropriate recovery or disposal channels.
This activity is a sometimes indispensable complement to the clean-up and removal of hazardous materials carried out by the Associated Fiorentini Studio.
